Warranty

Every Vorlich product is engineered in Scotland to outlast the season — and warranted accordingly.

WHAT IS COVERED

Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for 12 months from delivery. If a product fails under normal use in that period, we repair or replace it.

WHAT IS NOT COVERED

Normal wear, damage from misuse or modification, and failure caused by use outside the product's stated purpose. The CAIRN is a visibility and dry-storage aid — it is not a flotation device, and damage arising from use as one is not covered.

HOW TO CLAIM

Email service@vorlich.com with your order number, a description of the fault and a photograph. We respond within two working days.

YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS

This warranty is in addition to your statutory rights, which remain unaffected.
