The box includes access to the RunV app with a 4-week adaptive training plan tailored to the runner's level. Contents include a reflective running belt, an LED headtorch, a folding water bottle, an anti-chafe rub stick, kinesiology tape, charcoal and bamboo sports soap, a thermal beanie, a sweatband set, and other essentials.
Designed to suit any runner, from someone training for a first 5K to an experienced marathoner. The app-based training plan scales to the individual's ability.
